Upgraded to this stainless steel trash can with lid, and I’m never going back! The 8-gallon capacity is spot-on, and the brushed finish hides scratches like a pro. The foot pedal is responsive, and the lid stays firmly closed – goodbye fruit flies! Blends into my kitchen while looking high-end. A total win for form and function
Perfect size for smaller pantry
This tall trash can boasts a sleek, user-friendly design—its slow-closing lid is a total win. I initially struggled a bit: it took me a while to realize the built-in plastic liner needs to be lifted to fit a 13-gallon bag, as I kept trying to attach the bag directly to the canister top. Once I got the trick, the bag fits like a glove and stays neatly hidden inside. The wide foot pedal makes opening the lid effortless, adding to its convenience. All in all, it’s a top-notch product—definitely worth recommending!
I rarely write reviews but was quite impressed with this product. I thought it was a bit pricey, but is well-made/solid, and has a quiet/soft mechanism. It was delivered quickly and packaged very well (no dents). I was surprised by the overall size because I live in an apt, but it needs to be this size, even for a family. It is great to separate plastics/bottles in one, paper in the other, and regular garbage in the third. NY now requires buildings to separate food from regular garbage, so companies may begin to make them with 4 sections. I use regular 13-gallon bags in it, and it is more than enough. Overall, 10 stars.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got these trash cans about 6 months ago and love them. They are functional, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing. I love having trash, compost, and recycling all together.
I'm very happy with my purchase! I got this because our city has required us to separate our trash!! It could be a little bigger because each container will only hold 4 gallons so it won't hold larger recyclables, but it's all good. Seems sturdy enough and the foot pedals work fine. The lids open and close smoothly. The finish matches my refrigerator so that's a plus.
Great for space saving all-in-one trash and recycle unit. Works great with lids self closing. Only problem is it only accepts small trash bags to fill.
