This machine provides a great range of exercises and doesn't take up a lot of space, I'm really enjoying the full range of exercises targeting different muscle groups.

This cable machine is perfect for our small garage-gym. We are so happy we can now do all the cable exercises. We don't actually have it mounted on the wall but placed a stack of sand bags on the back of the base to keep it steady. It works great so far as long as you don't use too much weight. If you are looking to whale away on it, then def mount it securely.
