My spouse and bought one for each of use mobility issues the basic chair is fine. Although the lifting speed is slower than her previous chair.
The side pocket we expected one on each side instead there was only one on the right side which is bad for lefty’s. The massagers being is only a loud vibration unit. Which I can feel the 2 hard units in the footrest this can be annoying for me. The puffy armrest are nice pain to put the fill into them ad the Velcro holding it I does not fit wet and can be itchy. The seat cushion as well many folks won’t know that it’s in a vacuum sealed bag and won’t open it. Then there’s the electrical thing the instructions are made for someone who has experience with them. The armrest’s snap out has to be the stupidness thing ever. I can only think it’s for a smaller packaging profile and to make returning the chair more difficult.
Now as for delivery that was a pain in the butt.. we are disabled and the delivery driver did not want to step over the thresholdm I mean a lift hair is for someone who needs it.
The chair should be plug n play

A little smaller than expected as I am 6'4" but went together easily and more than sufficient for my needs. Looks great.

After several months of daily use, the lift mechanism is still smooth and quiet. Heat and massage on the lower back help with circulation, which is especially appreciated in cooler months.

The 90° and 120° positions are great for crafts and reading without neck strain. Having a cup holder for tea and a pocket for yarn and patterns keeps everything within easy reach.

Everything works as advertised and my grandfather enjoys the massage before bed. Only small complaint is I’d like a bit more length on the power cord to reach the outlet more easily.

We had it out of the box and ready in under half an hour with no tools. The frame feels strong when lifting, and there’s no wobble when shifting from sitting to standing.

The 135° recline is perfect for quick naps after a walk. Heat warms up the lower back nicely without getting too hot, and the fabric still feels breathable with a throw blanket.

The chair is very cozy and the lift works as expected. When the massage is on higher settings there’s a slight hum you can hear during quiet shows, though it’s not a deal breaker.

We wanted something that would let my in‑laws stay in their home longer. This chair gives them support to stand safely, and the massage feature is a little daily treat they look forward to.

I like the side pocket for reading glasses and the front pocket for my phone. Heat at the lumbar area is soothing at the end of the day, and the lift helps when my hips act up.
