Very good ac keeps room freezing
It came with no damage. I have it running on 70 and it keeps my whole room cold .I absolutely love it. I bought a bigger one so that way if I want to put it downstairs, I could keep the whole downstairs cool. I would recommend.
Portable AC works well and can be moved around since it is on wheels. Glides easily. Option to blow cool but you need to vent outdoors on this mode. Use “dry” mode to remove dampness from room/basement (also must vent outdoors. Unit also has a fan mode that doesn’t need venting. This blows super well. Powerful on low and WOW on high. Change mode or speed using remote. Has timer and “auto” for cool mode. Great for individual rooms, garage or use during power outages (with generator that is not included).
The remote works well from across the room, and I do not have to get up to change fan speed or temperature.
I use this in a bedroom that gets afternoon sun, and it makes the room comfortable much faster than a fan alone. Sleep mode is quiet enough for overnight use, and the LED display is simple to read.
I was surprised by how quickly this portable air conditioner lowered the temperature in my bedroom. The LED controls are easy to understand, and the timer is great for setting it before bed. I also like that it can be rolled into another room without heavy lifting.
The AC cools my bedroom and small sitting area very well once installed. It took me a little extra time to get the exhaust hose and window panel lined up with my window, but after that it worked as expected. The noise level is reasonable, especially on sleep mode, and the dehumidifier setting helps on muggy evenings.
The caster wheels are smooth, and the side handles make it simple to move between my bedroom and living room.
