I mounted this hitch crane on the back of my pickup and used it to move a large feed tank around the barn. It handled the lift better than I expected. The hydraulic cylinder works smoothly, and the swivel makes it much easier to position the load without moving the truck over and over. The support legs felt stable on gravel, which was important for this kind of farm use. Assembly took a little time, but once it was set up, it saved me from needing another person or a loader for smaller jobs. Very useful tool for the price.

I bought this hitch-mounted crane to help with moving engines and heavier parts around my shop, and it has worked better than I expected. In the picture, I was lifting an engine block into the bed of my truck, and the crane handled it without any trouble. Really works well! I got this to help with loading large sections of logs into my pickup and trailer. Even without having a trailer hitch it was fine. I just secured the bar that should have gone into the trailer hitch to the neck of my trailer with a tie-down strap.Adding a manual winch to the houst made it even more versatile and more productive. I'd set the height I needed with the pneumatic pump, then winch the logs over to the loading area, up into the air, then down into the truck, or trailer.Even my wife, who barely weighs 100 lbs. soaking wet, 6th rwas able to successfully move 3-400 lbs. log sections with ease!

Much heavier than I thought but very easy to assemble.

I think the crane is good, but a little slow with the pump. I adapted a hand crank chain hoist. This works great.

Get's the job done when you need to lift something heavy into your bed. Packaging was poor as to be expected at this price point. Finish was in surprisingly good shape for how poor the packaging was.One star off for the included hardware being exclusively pins with cotter pins. Some of those pins need to be removable for set up and take down and a cotter pin is a poor choice for this use. After replacing certain cotter pins with hitch pin clips (https://www.garvee.com/Alloygold-Stainless-Retaining-Assortment-Retainer/dp/B0C99D3W89/ref=sr_1_9) and other pins with self locking pins (https://www.garvee.com/dp/B0CFBWR1T4/) I'm very happy with the performance of this crane.
