The instructions were such a joke that it was easier to pretend they didn't exist. The feet are "indoor" feet, not outdoor/pasture feet. The sides should have had smaller spacing, so not as much hay gets wasted.
Over all, a reasonable budget buy.

Needed extra holes in the bottom or wood over the top, or a tarp to protect the food from the weather. Other than that, it is great! Bought two and would buy again.

Nice hay feeder that is light enough to move around easily but designed well enough to be stable.

This is a very nice small hay feeder. I‘ve reduced the size of my herd and six goats can fit around it and eat comfortably without fighting. It is light enough for one person to move around easily but designed so that it is stable, loaded or not. The black powder coat finish seems substantial so hopefully it won’t rust. Assembly is quick and easy, consisting of screwing in 20 screws with the supplied Allen wrench.
The only disadvantage is that it only holds about half of a square bale, but I can still recommend this hay feeder..
