It is two seats. A little on the smaller side. But am satisfied with the purchase for the price. My child loves it. It was pretty simply to put together. My only complaint is the controller. It works, but is not the best quality or best to understand. There is no off button for it. For the car itself so far the battery has worked decent. Different speed quality's it does go fast, but it's a smaller car. I thought it would be a little faster. But for the price, yes I'd purchase again.
