Reviews
Took a few hours to put together. Instructions were easy to follow. Very pleased with how it turned out. It is sturdy and big enough for all three of my dogs.
This kennel was super sturdy and easy to put together. It took me about 2 hours to assemble it by myself. My 50 lb cattledog mix had plenty of room inside to move, rest, eat, etc. The cover is only attached loosely, and if your dog is a jumper, they may be able to escape by jumping and going between the cover and the upper edge of the side wall. The small feeding door is a little too big to be truly useful, as even my large dog can easily fit through when it's open. Overall, for the cost and effort, we'll worth it!
Thank you very much for the prompt delivery. This item will be a great addition to the home of one of my favorite pets, Cantalicio a Rooster that have special conditions, but I love it so much! I am very grateful with Garvee for importing this item to Puerto Rico. Thank you. Have a nice day. Ada.
It took me about 2 hours to put together it sturdy not 6 feet at all nor 8 feet but your dog probably won’t escape this kennel
This took me a few hours to put together. I almost decided to make it a two-day project but I was so close to victory I decided to push through. The instructions for the base around the door/gate frame are a little glitchy but we made it work. Patience and determination are your number one and two tools for this project. After the build, I did notice the canopy covering was not as snug as I might have liked, but I plan to resolve that with bungee chords eventually. I also will be mindful of precipitation accumulation. I am already considering how to best support the roof frame before winter sets in. My little homie was able to squeeze out the bottom corner of the door even while it was latched so, I added two bungee chords to the bottom and that seems to be working for now. Since he is an escape artist he is tethered to the doghouse until I can get some pavers or landscaping barriers to discourage him digging out. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my investment and the joy I feel from having done it all by myself for my little buddy. With a few modifications this is a 5-Star option for pet safety, peace of mind, and rewarding challenges that make meaningful impacts.
It’s a pretty good size I have 3 pit bulls that go out to play and potty in there it’s very sturdy nice shade for them don’t regret at all that I purchased it
We absolutely love everything about this kennel. I was hesitant on putting it together because the some of the reviews stated it was difficult. My husband and I worked on it over the weekend and finished it- not one issue at all. Instructions were dead on, it definitely takes two people to help with the fasteners , it’s secure and it looks great. We have a 55’ catio and this is the jungle room for our cats. It’s perfect, I am over the moon happy , our cats just love it, I may in time by another one and make an even bigger catio but for now, we are satisfied. It is definitely worth the money!
This pen is nice once assembled. It took a long time (about 5 to 6 hours) to put together by myself. The only thing wrong with this product is that the lock doesn't align up to close. You don't figure that out until it's part way up. The pen came in 2 packages and was heavy so sending back was kind of not an option I wanted to go through. I couldn't even find where I could message the seller. I like it a lot but wish the latches aligned.
We purchased this kennel in September 2024, and overall, it’s provided a great shelter for our dogs through both 100° summers and snowy winters. Setup was pretty straightforward if you follow the instructions—definitely easier with two people and power tools.
That said, a few issues have come up over time. The elastic ties haven’t held up well in our high winds, and the cover has started to tear after several months. One brace broke and another slips out during strong gusts, so we’ve had to reinforce those and add sheets of OSB for weight and added protection in winter.
Despite the wear and tear, the frame itself has held up, and with some modifications, it's been a reliable structure. Just be prepared to make a few upgrades if you live in an area with more extreme weather.
