We already had these in our 10' x 10' "garden room" atrium. The room is covered but not watertight. The flooring has held up well for several years. Some squares that had plants sitting on them or in the way of the areas that get wet when it rains, they began to rot at the edges of the square. I replaced them. It was easy and cheap to install the first time and easy to replace the damaged tiles. Good product!

I compared a lot of tiles before choosing these and I��m glad I did. They seem durable and the installation is pretty simple. Sometimes a tile won��t line up perfectly to attach to another but I just flip it around or attach it somewhere else in the line and swap in a different one and it is a simple fix. We shall see how durable they are through a New England winter
