I’m using this to be kept outdoors for my bearded dragon. I don’t know how well this will keep water out of the sheltered part, (I do plan on caulking the roof with aquarium safe silicone at some point after a good rain) so I will come back and update on that.Pros: it looks really nice inside and out. It’s very spacious for my dragon to run around in. Affordable in my opinion. Took a little more than an hour for two people to put together. We used a power drill.Cons: Some places needed to be pre drilled first, but most of the pre drilled holes were present. It did have a chemical/factory smell to it. I sat it outside to air out when we were done building 👍🏽. This one is not a con but I’m not a fan of the door handle/latches. I’ll probably be switching those out sometime. Not in a rush for that. The doors work fine. I just want to make it cute lol. This one is also not a con…Since my dragon has long nails and scales on her feet, the ramps are hella slippery for her. I just need to buy some carpet like material and glue it onto the ramps so that she has traction to walk up and down from the ramps.Anyway, the hutch is super dope. My dragon loves hanging outside SAFLEY in the sun 😇

Pretty good hutch. Some of the wood panels are a bit soft, so be careful not to over-tighten screws, but overall it's great.

The partition inside is nice for separating their sleeping area. The ramp has good grip strips so they don't slip.
