This 7 ft Olympic barbell is designed for weightlifting and powerlifting, with a load capacity up to 700 lb and 2" sleeves for standard Olympic weight plates.

700 lb Load Capacity: Supports progressive strength training for squats, bench press, deadlifts and other compound lifts.
28 mm Knurled Shaft: Textured knurling supports a controlled grip during heavy training.
Smooth Sleeve Rotation: Brass bushings and needle bearings help the sleeves rotate smoothly during cleans, presses and dynamic lifts.
2" Olympic Sleeves: Compatible with standard 2" Olympic weight plates, with 16.34" of loadable sleeve length per side.
Included Collars: Two spring collars help secure weight plates during training.
