The package came with clear instruction and a bonus wrench which made the installation lot easier than I thought would be. The swivel caster wheels in the back makes it easy to maneuver tight spaces in my driveway. I placed the swivel wheels at the same end as the handle bar to use it as push cart, but I think you can pull as well when loading heavier stuff. You can fold down the handle easily to put it back in your trunk if you have to move loads frequently like I do. I am father of two, so when I go to stores, usually it is a big load. So this cart is really helpful doing that. Despite the high weight capacity, I find the cart to be compact and portable, you can store it anywhere you like. I put one in my trunk
